Job Function: Field Sales The role:
We are seeking a results-driven Accounts Manager to manage our most important and prestigious accounts. Someone to develop client relationship management strategies, establish strong client relationships, and suggest innovative solutions to meet client needs. You will be managing an existing book of business from across our portfolio, and as such, it’s imperative that you ensure all renewals and reoccurring business is not only maintained but you are able to upsell and cross sell our other services in order to add value.
An Accounts Manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in increased profitability and year over year growth within their assigned customer book. Ultimately, an outstanding Accounts Manager will keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.
- Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
- Establishes a strategic account plan aligned with the customers business and technology strategy in order to expand and grow sales within the account.
- Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
- Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
- Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients within your account base to promote products and services.
- Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
- Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
- Prepares sales forecasts and KPI reports according to the requests of the strategic accounts sales leader
What we need to see from you:
- 3 to 5 years professional sales experience in high-tech or service-related industry with preferred successful software sales.
- Experience in healthcare domain is advantage.
- Experience in Solution Selling with emphasis on strong account/territory management
- Experienced selling into mid to large enterprise customers
- Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise software products/services/solutions is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required
