Maintain a high level of attentiveness and professionalism when facing customers
- Handle and manage all relevant documents, packages, and courier services
- Attend to customers’ needs and ability to meet clients’ requests and queries
- Responsible for escorting of clients to their respective destinations
- Up-Selling of Retail products in the booth to generate sales
- Escorting Customers using an electronic buggy
- Observe and adhere to Retail Department’s code of conduct policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and practices
- Any other ad-hoc assigned duties and projects

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer-oriented and self-driven
- Applicants must be willing to work in Changi Airport
- Rotating shifts (Morning, afternoon & night shifts. eg. 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am)
- Must be willing to commit for night, ad-hoc, weekends & PH
