**Admin Executive at Math Learning Centre
Hi there We are looking for a detail-oriented, committed, and independent admin executive to join our team as permanent staff

Our Coaches are tied up with creating multiple curriculums and teaching our Math Prodigies that we need a reliable team member to help us with all the nitty gritty's

**JOB SCOPE:
We have a permanent position as an admin executive who'll be the client-facing smiley face our students' parents see when they come to the centre :)

**YOU MUST LOVE:
**1) Details **The devil's in the details as they say and we need you to take care of the details and be as spot-on as you can be during data entry and administrative work so that our ship sails smoothly

**2) Organising **Organising files and folders, virtually and physically We don't need you to be Marie Kondo, but we'll need you to do some of that Sparking Joy stuff Out with the old, in with the new, and categorising everything into their little categories And of course, general upkeeping of the centre

**3) Excel / Google Spreadsheets **This is the playground of all the Monica Geller's in the world We'll be using this a lot to work with the students' results/reports etc.

**4) Talking to People **You'll communicate with parents and interact with students when they come for classes. We'll need you to help remind parents of the datelines for payments, make-up classes, and help them with any enquiries they might have.

**5) Invoicing & Payments. **We use Xero so if you have experience with that, it will be a bonus

**6) Administrative Support. **You're a team player who supports your team with whatever administrative support that comes along the way.

**WORKING DAY & TIME:
5 Days Per Week

Wednesday - Friday

9am - 6pm

Saturday - Sunday

830am - 430pm
