Director (Transformation)

**Job Description**:
Director Transformation will be responsible to provide strategic direction in the implementation of the hospital improvement blueprint for process redesign in care delivery; and monitor and review the effectiveness of the approach to create an innovative culture supported by values, skills and processes to drive improvement at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Kaizen Office
Lead in the implementation of the hospital improvement blueprint that engages staff in value creation through process redesign to deliver better and safer care to patients
Lead in the design, development and implementation of “MyCare” continuous improvement approaches, underpinned by “Lean Principles” and Design Thinking, aligned with clinical and service quality, to create value to patients and staff
To engage in and model strong and positive relationships with internal and external partners to drive lean transformation efforts
Organisational Development
Build OD capability and change agents in leaders and managers at the Hospital
Lead in the design of OD strategies and interventions such that the hospital may thrive in the face of challenges and change
Facilitate the use of OD methodologies and approach across hospital-wide change initiatives to support hospital strategic goals and cluster priorities

**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree and above
A strong Kaizen and OD background with at least 10 years of demonstrable track record
The ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Adept at working with a group of diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
