Asst Director (Population Health Financing)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement financial processes that support strong financial governance, robust budgeting and resource allocation, and efficient finance operations
Develop principles and frameworks, and oversee the building and maintenance of financial models for provider payment, patient charges and economic evaluation
Keep stakeholders apprised through presentation of proposals/findings and facilitation of collective discussions
Provide leadership and guidance to the Population Health Financing team
Work closely with NHG HQ, other teams in the Division for Central Health, Finance, Office of Clinical Epidemiology, Analytics and Knowledge (OCEAN) and provider partners to achieve shared visions for financial transformation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree or above in the area of finance, accounting, or economics
Qualifications in Health Economics, Healthcare Management and/or Public Health will be highly regarded
At least 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years managing a team
Experience in finance, accounting and/or economics is essential
Knowledge of/experience in health or social care settings is a strong advantage
