**Summary**
The HR Executive is to support the development and day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department for Zenith Learning Group. You are the first point of contact for any HR-related queries and will ensure smooth operations of all aspects of HR. Your role also supports the execution of the overall HR strategy for Zenith.

You strive to create a positive work environment where employees including interns and contractors feel safe and well-cared for. You must also ensure that employment practices and documentation are in compliance with all applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.

You are a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You are adaptable to ambiguous environments and open to taking on challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute and provide support in the management of HR services and activities to support the overall HR strategies
- Support in the development of and maintain HR documentation i.e. standard operating procedures/workflows, org chart, job specifications and description
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and services
- Handle the full hiring process for all levels including contractors and interns to meet the manpower needs and build a steady talent pipeline
- Handle salary negotiations and issue contracts
- Prepare and conduct orientations and onboarding for new joiners including welcome packs, set up meetings, get equipment and accounts ready
- Follow up on the progress of and gather feedback for improvements on onboarding buddy with new joiners and provide additional support where needed
- Prepare and administer monthly payroll
- Track and administer benefit plans for all employees
- Organise, update, and maintain employee HRIS information as and when needed
- Communicate and provide any HR updates i.e. policy changes etc. to employees where necessary
- Respond to HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance to employees
- Support employee relations matters i.e. misconduct, conflicts, wellbeing, employee support (resources/performance)
- Handle offboarding for departing employees, interns, and contractors including providing guidance on handover and conducting exit interviews

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Familiar with basic Singapore employment law and statutory requirements
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to set priorities
- A good listener with the ability to assess a situation and respond calmly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable and confident working with people of all levels
- Ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
