**Key Job Responsibilities**
- To manage partner and mall relationships and driving 360 activations to meet overall business objectives
- Ensure SG and Vietnam markets and HQ's key performance indicators requirement are accomplished
- To penetrate, drive and expand Vietnam omnichannel presence.
- Sensing and analysis of overall sales and service performance of omnichannel stores and its retail staff and develop interventions and recognition to ensure continuous on-track performance.
- Management of partners including maintaining and building relationship and review of sales and service performance, compliance of processes and any other local and HQ directives
- Work cross functionally across teams and all levels to initiate, plan and execute local and HQ programs to improve sales and service
- Identify and collaborate with suitable vendors (synergistic brands, banks, BNPL vendors, malls etc) to create in-store traffic and demand generation of our products at our stores
- Overall business development and marketing and ensuring all programs are effectively cascaded and executed at the store level, off through internal stakeholders and partner teams
- All other duties assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Retail/ Marketing
- Ideally 2-3 years' relevant experience in a business development or management of omnichannel
- Good understanding of premium brand experiences and transformation skillsets are appreciated
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
- Familiarity with retail POS and marketing solutions
- Resourceful and meticulous
- Able to work competently with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent consulting, oral and written communication skills
- Pro-active and flexible to adjust to changing requirements and schedules
- Able to adapt to fast and dynamic work environment
- Good commercial acumen and pragmatic problem solving skills
- Business Proficiency in English
- Native in regional language Speaking Vietnamese will be mandatory. (there is a requirement to support Vietnamese market with native business/formal written communication skills)

**Compensation**
- Basic Monthly Salary: Between $3000 to $4000
- Performance Bonus: Yearly performance bonus base on agreement
