The Procurement Officer reports to the procurement supervisor and assists in all documentation and coordination of project matters.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

- Ensure proper documentation of all projects related matters.
- To work closely with General Manager to ensure proper documentation of materials control.
- Assist in the procurement of suppliers of specified materials.

**Value Add of Position**
- Help the project’s bottom line by rigorously monitoring and implementing cost controls.
- Establish a good relationship with Clients and Suppliers to ensure that the project is smoothly managed in terms of resources and timeline.

**Technical Competencies**
- Good knowledge of using excel.
- Strong communication
- Willingness to learn.
- Openness to work with others.

**Qualifications and Education**
- Degree/Diploma
- Experience in using Microsoft
- Minimum 2 years of working experience

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
