**Position :Procurement/Purchasing Executive**:

- **Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 AL+ Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days AL & $200 incentives if eligible.**:

**Main Responsibilities**
- To support in order management, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, Incoterm and
- Payment Term accuracy, etc.
- Assist in sourcing for supplies, validation of vendors and invoices, negotiating pricing and placing orders with selected suppliers/vendors
- To process on-boarding of new supplier
- Updating and maintaining Approved Supplier List and Assessment.
- Responsible for monitoring delivery schedules
- Coordinates all administrative matters within the department and other departments on purchases.
- To work with Finance Dept and external provider on mismatch invoice and pricing
- To develop excellent and effective collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and external providers and other agencies to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and incorporated.
- To drive improvement, best value and quality improvements within team and departments and seek ways to achieve better outcomes, contributing to ensure key performance and financial targets are met and corrective action taken where necessary.
- Assist in annual stock-take

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Operations Management or relevant fields.
- Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Tools and SAP
