**Our Client**:
Our client creates a ground-breaking technologies and services for the sustainable and connected mobility of people and goods. The technology company was founded in 1871, they provide safe, efficient, intelligent, and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic, and transportation. They are actively looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Develop new features and well-documented industry-ready software modules and libraries
- Create integration tests with complete system stacks and create tools that enable companies to monitor fleet management systems deployed in the field
- Work closely with other teams (e.g. navigation team, localization team and perception team) to ensure operational requirements are met
- Lead and coach a team of software engineers with a variety of technical roles
- Work on system architecture and design, draft technology roadmaps, and implement with other members of the team

The Requirements
- Degree related to Computer Science or Engineering and 5 years of industry experience
- Experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
- Having experience with robotics, IoT, autonomous vehicles or other hardware is an advantage
- Experience with web/desktop user interface design (e.g. HTML/CSS) is of advantage
- Ability to take technical leadership on topics related to fleet management.
- Good understanding on software development lifecycle and design patterns
- Extensive knowledge of Python is a must
- Knowledge of React/Redux/Typescript is an advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Travel may be required, as and when necessary
