**Job Description & Requirements**
- Design user flows to solve problem statements for both customer-facing and enterprise products.
- Understanding products from a design thinking perspective to craft flows and interface elements to best suit our B2B customers' wants and needs.
- Help define and contribute to our ever-evolving Design System and Strategy that lays the groundwork of transforming the telco user experience for many years to come.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take products from concepts to delivery. Work closely with the internal tech development team to implement high quality user interface design from solutioning to hand-off.
- Conduct user journey audits and usability tests together with research, product and marketing teams to identify pain points and experiential improvements that are measurable and viable.
- 4-7 years experience as a product or UI/UX designer with relevant experience in the tech industry.
- Solid design thinking and understanding of design processes, and ability to define user problems through established research methods.
- Able to distill topline strategy into day-to-day design processes and workflow.
- A hustler: Able to adapt to fast-paced working environments.
- Ability to empathize with your end users and customers.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
