We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels in both design craft and strategic product thinking. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives across web and mobile, creating intuitive, high-quality experiences that prioritize clarity, speed, and trust. Your obsession with visual quality and interaction details will drive confidence in products used by millions in the fast-evolving crypto and financial ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end design for complex digital products, delivering clear, user-centered solutions across web and mobile.
  • Strategically shape product and user flows, transforming complex technical challenges into intuitive, scalable experiences.
  • Maintain a high standard for visual clarity and interaction precision, balancing detail-oriented work with efficient execution.
  • Leverage research and user insights to guide decisions, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to influence strategy.
  • Clearly communicate the rationale behind design choices to align cross-functional teams.
  • Apply experience in designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi) or demonstrate strong knowledge of trading, investing, or financial tools.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with curiosity, ownership, and a focus on impact.

Who You Are

  • Mastery of the full product design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and production-ready assets.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma or similar tools, with experience maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Strong foundation in responsive and mobile-first design principles for seamless cross-device experiences.
  • Skilled at designing data-heavy, complex workflows, making technical concepts clear and approachable.
  • Ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and team input while upholding visual and interaction quality.
  • Keen eye for detail, with expertise in visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
  • Proven collaborator, partnering effectively with product, engineering, and other teams to drive shared goals and high-impact solutions.
