**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teams to develop efficient P&L forecasts and ensure timely month-end closures.
- Conduct monthly actuals reviews & forecast proposals with the Business Head.
- Lead financial analysis for geographic expansion, including portfolio, pricing, and gross margin analysis.
- Develop reports & dashboards for effective business reviews.
- Streamline financial processes like P2P, accruals, and budget reviews.
- Leverage P&L forecasts to support cash flow planning, working closely with the treasury team.
- Represent finance in key projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business/ACCA/CA/CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FP&A role.
- Prior relevant working experience from FMCG, distributor or Retail industries.
- Strong business partnering experience to drive growth and manage financial risks/opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret large data sets and provide insights.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.
