**Regional Quality and Safety Management Manager **(Romer Labs)
** **is responsible for ensuring the Regional Business Unit (RBU) complies with applicable Quality Management (QM) standards, which include Group Integrated Management System (IMS) standards, local regulations, requirements and site certified QM standards. Coordinate QM audits to maintain QM certification status and ensure compliance for ISO9001 Certifications and Singapore bizSAFE Level 3 Certifications. Support execution of the plan, in order to provide an injury-free and incident-free workplace and to prevent all work-related disabilities or health problems.
**These are your tasks and responsibilities we trust in you**:
- Implement routine Quality Management (QM) work including new staff QM training, annual QM training, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) validation and mock recall according to Group standards
- Strengthen the Business Unit / Regional Business Unit (BU/RBU) Integrated Management System (IMS) concept byS of relevant processes on IMS standards and implementing routinely on-site inspection
- Routinely report to Group concerning the current (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) Integrated Management System (IMS) status via IMS management review report and two-way meetings
- Handle customer complaints to fulfill customer satisfaction
- Conduct Risk Assessment (RA) and action plans on processes for compliance to local workplace health and safety government regulations
- Align and arrange for external and internal Integrated Management System (IMS) audits within the Group integration
- Coordinate the investigation and close out of the (Regional) Business Unit (BU/RBU) site
- Provide progress and support to drive internal audit corrective actions
- Quarterly update the Integrated Management System (IMS) Report on the Management 2.0 database
- Identify and remedy gaps between the Business Unit / Regional Business Unit (BU/RBU) Quality Management (QM) system and Group QM standards, site certified QM standards, under guidance from
- Deploy Management of Change System in laboratories, logistics and warehouses in compliance with requirements from authorities, customers, or internal regulations in the Quality/Regulatory and SHE areas.
- Ensure that the SHE management system is in place, maintained, improved and evaluated regularly
- Audit compliance with SHE requirements, best practices and relevant laws and regulations. Participate in regular inspections
**In order to leave your footprint with us, you need the following skills**:
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Quality Management, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in quality management and quality system development
- Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development in quality
- Demonstrate strong project management skills. Prior training in ISO9001 Auditor for Quality Management System will be an added advantage
- Preferably working knowledge of food safety diagnostic kits
- Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly dedicated and quality culture driven with a high degree of personal motivation
- Demonstrate strong passion to understand and network with Quality Management industry
