As a Junior Software Developer, your role will involve:
**1. Application Development and Support**
- Work on web development projects, utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and React.js to create dynamic user interfaces.

**2. **Coding and Automation**
- Contribute to automation projects to streamline business processes using tools like UiPath.
- Support the design and implementation of automated workflows and scripts to improve efficiency.

**3. Full Stack Development**
- Collaborate with the team to deliver full-stack solutions, integrating frontend and backend components seamlessly.

**4. AI Model Development Support**
- Support the development and deployment of AI models by participating in preliminary experiments and analysis with the oversight of senior team members.
- Aid in the assessment and refinement of AI models, focusing on incremental improvements for better outcomes.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support software development projects and meet client needs.
- Participate actively in team discussions, contributing ideas and learning project management skills.

**6. Learning and Innovation**
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, programming languages, and development frameworks.
- Participate in team training and mentoring sessions to expand your skillset and knowledge base.

**Your Profile**
- Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience (through academics, internships, or employment) in Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Python, SQL, and React.js.
- Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath and AI Models is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills.
- Interest in software development, automation, and creating impactful business solutions.
