**Job Overview**
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The Senior Business & Systems Executive will manage and improve Customer support for Quality, Technical & Warranty, Parts Inventory, Aftersales Profitability and Customer Satisfaction. They will develop & manage parts business for UD and Volvo trucks, soft product offering and management including Service agreement, Dynafleet, Parts pricing, Campaign package, Standard package, Discount matrix management, Annual buyback, Self-maintenance contract and etc. The incumbent is also expected to monitor and manage all dealership profitability/goodwill request, and all the Service Agreement portfolio risk and profitability. They are also required to manage all documentation and administration in the aftermarket Market company level, supporting all reports generation from Volvo Systems such as LDS, SeMA, VIPs & etc. The Executive will develop and manage processes for all Volvo and UD systems, and support on Aftermarket AR in the Market Company, driving processes development. The incumbent is responsible for managing and generating Aftersales system related reports, and resolving and supporting day-to-day Aftersales system issues.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create and develop idea for synergies to use common systems for UD & Volvo.
- Visualize business value for all internal system investments.
- Responsible for update and follow-up of master plan for all Aftermarket systems.
- Be part of Aftermarket team and support Process and IT function.
- Co-ordinate with Volvo IT for any business process change in the system
- Conduct training for new staff and periodic re-training/refresher programmes for staff.
- Co-ordinate with UD International Sales, Southeast Asia for system development and system changes.
- Support Business to plan, implement and troubleshoot business systems.
- Support requests for sales data, Key Performance Index reports, analysis, verification, etc. from management
- Liaise as key contact point between dealership with all Business Units on all aftermarket related issue
- Key contact point for Aftermarket system plans and projects.
- Comply to UD International Sales authorization policies and guidelines.
- Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

**Minimum qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Technical/Computer systems or similar.
- Over 3 years of product management/ Aftermarket experiences within automotive industry, preferably in multinational companies.
- Share common values with Code of Conduct, high ethical standards.
- Strong human competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, cost/benefit consciousness, fair judgement, people orientation, strong sense of confidentiality, result oriented, strong belief in customer focus, leadership profile.
- Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.

- Geographical context in which knowledge is applied: Domestic
- Professional fluency in English communication skills (writing and oral) to complete job requirements
