**Job Descriptions
- **Program Development and Implementation**:Design and develop a variety of fitness and wellness programs, including group classes, personal training sessions, and wellness workshops.
Ensure programs cater to different fitness levels and interests of the members.
Implement new and innovative fitness trends to keep the offerings fresh and engaging.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**:Create and manage schedules for all programs and classes.
Coordinate with instructors and trainers to ensure they are prepared and available for their sessions.
Ensure that there is no overlap or conflict in the schedule.
- **Member Engagement**:Gather feedback from members to continuously improve and adapt programs.
Develop strategies to increase participation and member retention.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze the performance of various programs.
Use metrics such as attendance rates, member feedback, and retention rates to assess success.
- **Staff Training and Development**:Conduct training sessions for instructors and staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.

**The Successful Applicant**
- 2-4 years experience **in event/ programme management **within the **sport fitness industry **.
- Good in communication skills and negotiation skills.
