**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports to management.
- Prepare monthly management reports and presentations (including financial and business performance analysis).
- Review and verify expenses.
- Reconcile medical insurance claims to payment reports/collections, and liaise with clinic operations teams to resolve rejected claims.
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and submit annual statutory accounts in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and annual corporate tax filings.
- Prepare relevant financial reports and presentations for Annual General Meetings.
- Liaise with auditors in relation to annual statutory audits.
- Assess current practices and processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent, with professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA) a plus
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing a team of accounting personnel
- Good problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
- Conscientious and meticulous
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Xero accounting software and clinics/retail industries will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
