**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the team in maintaining full set of accounts. Responsible for everyday matters such as perform AR/AP reconciliation, perform bank reconciliations and bank record, generate reports etc.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts, generate reports to management.

2. Accounts receivable and payables.

3. Perform bank reconciliations and bank record.

4. Prepare purchase order and monitor payments to suppliers.

5. Prepare monthly and year-end closing independently.

6. Perform AR/AP reconciliation with balance sheet schedule.

7. Reconciliation of invoices for intercompany transactions and communicate discrepancies to counterparty and confirmation of intercompany balances.

8. Prepares monthly GST reconciliation and submission of quarter GST return.

9. Prepares documents and materials for auditing & tax purposes.

10. Perform month-end closing for financial reporting.

11. Perform month-end closing activities.

12. Liaise with external parties for related matters.

13. Ensure proper documentation and filling system.

14. Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 - 3 year of relevant working experience.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, good in numbers, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively work with customers/suppliers.
