
Admin & Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform full Sales Co-ordination functions including and not limited to:
- Answering of telephone calls, taking of messages and answering to sales enquiries.
- To handle Local & Overseas Sales including attending to customers’ sales enquiries & sales orders.
- Liaise with factory on delivery confirmation and shipment arrangement.
- Prepare all shipping documents and co-ordinating with factory and clients’ on deliveries.
- Prepares and issue of Invoice, delivery order, purchase order and collection of due payments.
- Execution of all administration and filing duties.
- Other ad-hoc job duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales cum admin role.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Bilingual to converse with Mandarin Speaking associates and clients
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred.
