We are currently looking for an order processing lead to join our Order Processing team for the APJ region. To be part of a team, you must possess a mature personality with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Lead a team of Order processing staff for customer billings
- Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Issue delivery notes, invoices and software license keys to customers
- Handle order process issues with Acronis sales staff and customers
- Responsible for inventory management in ERP system
- Involved in Acronis various business and sales program including licensing, boxed products, cloud business, rebates in APJ market

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese is highly advantageous
- People manager experience of more than 2 years
- Minimum 2 years' experience with customer order processing
- Able to review and process orders with high efficiency and with minimum errors
- Able to work extended hours during busy period
- Able to identify issues and discuss promptly
- An excellent team player
