**Job Description**:
**Team Summary**

The AP Processing Solutions team resides in the Product organisation and is responsible for the deployment of localised processing solutions to markets and the product management of value adding Network Products across the Asia Pacific region. This includes the definition of regional product strategies, product P&L ownership, product development initiatives and the full co-ordination of these activities across both the Visa Global and in-market stakeholders.

**What a Processing Solutions Analyst does at Visa**:
A Processing Solutions Analyst is responsible for the ownership of both existing and new Network Products across the Asia Pacific (AP) region in addition to having geographic responsibilities for the management of localised processing solutions in certain markets.

Reporting to the Senior Director AP Processing Solutions, the Analyst will be expected to interact effectively with all levels of country, regional and functional teams. The position will also involve external interaction and communication with key Visa stakeholders, including clients, regulators, processors and strategic vendors.

The position will be based at Visa s office in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong understanding of Visa s processing capabilities and Network Products.
- Own and manage System Integrity and Processing Integrity behavioural fee programs across the AP region ensuring in market teams have the necessary data and support.
- Lead and manage ATM products across the AP region focusing on product innovation and transaction growth with the support of Global team and market leads.
- Support localised processing solution initiatives for the Korea and Mongolia cluster including identification of new opportunities to drive revenue and ongoing management of processing partners and vendors.
- Own existing Network Products such as account verification, clearing and settlement reports, PIN verification, address verification and private label programs across the AP region and develop an annual strategy and associated revenue targets that drive the adoption of these products.
- Work with and ensure internal stakeholders including Country Management, Government Relations, Risk, Strategy and Technology teams are effectively communicated to on strategies and plans.

The Processing Solutions Analyst will be critical in managing the System Integrity and Processing Integrity behavioural fee programs and ATM products across the AP region. Additionally, the individual will also work closely with key global, regional and in-market stakeholders to own a range of Network Products including account verification, clearing and settlement reports, PIN verification, address verification and private label programs.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need:

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related fields. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant payments industry experience. Experience in the Payment Processing sector across Asia Pacific is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Highly analytical and possess strong strategic-thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Passion for our business, with high energy and intelligence.
- Structured approach to product management, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal teamwork and external products brought to market.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environment.
- Be able to embody Visa s Leadership Principles of: leading by example, communicating openly, enabling and inspiring others, exceling with partners, acting decisively, and collaborating effectively.

- Knowledge of payment processing solutions and products.
- In-market experience and/or knowledge of payments regulation and industry trends.
