Job Summary:
The Business Process Analyst will work closely with business units to identify, analyse, and improve business processes through technology solutions. This role is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define and document process improvement opportunities, develop, and implement process improvements, and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained improvements. The Business Process Analyst will work with both business users and technical teams to ensure that processes are optimized, and technology solutions are effectively integrated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business units to identify and document business processes, process improvements, and process performance metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including business process redesign, workflow optimization, and technology solutions.
- Analyse process data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance process performance.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and process improvement plans.
- Develop test cases and support testing activities to ensure that process improvements and technology solutions are implemented successfully.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new and improved business processes and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and are effectively integrated with existing systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure that process improvements are sustained and continuously optimized.
- Continuously monitor process performance metrics to identify opportunities for further improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in business process analysis / process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
