We are seeking a skilled Process Quality Analyst to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the analysis of returned products from customers, identifying causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction through problem-solving skills. They will also coordinate technical analysis by cross-functional teams and communicate with customers.

Additionally, the Process Quality Analyst will support Quality Engineers in new product launch and sustaining manufacturing lines. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues and SPC trends. The role also involves analyzing and monitoring key performance indicators, suggesting improvements, and escalating to upper management when necessary.

The Process Quality Analyst will also prepare 'First Time Quality' reports and scrap reports, drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external purposes. They will assist in Quality Improvement projects, assist in 'Production Part Approval Process' submission, and assist in Quality planning and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry with strong problem-solving skills. Prior knowledge in SMT/PCBA assembly/Bulk Capacitor manufacturing process is an added advantage.

You should be a good team player and have excellent communication skills. The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements is essential.
