As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you’re in charge of driving and managing digital advertising strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for FirstCom Solutions to achieve marketing goals. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to develop innovative content and strategy for paid advertising campaigns and grow your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with in-house designers, content writers, and production team to formulate strategic action plans for paid ad campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop digital marketing strategies and lead implementation of paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok platforms
- Manage digital advertising campaigns including building campaigns from scratch, optimizing and making daily adjustments as necessary
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable analysis and optimization recommendations
- Manage advertising budgets and report performance KPIs
- Work with creative team to develop compelling advertising content
- Keep up with current trends and share actionable learnings with internal teams
- Plan timelines and deliverables for digital advertising strategies
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in paid digital advertising or related fields
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Ads Manager
- Good communication (written and version) skills and possess strong presentation skills
- Creative, self-motivated, highly organized, and possesses an eye for detail
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
