**Your Responsibilities**:
As a **Senior Recruitment Consultant**, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization by:

- Driving end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement.
- Building and managing new client accounts, showcasing your sales acumen.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior consultants, sharing your expertise to elevate the team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking recruitment professionals who are passionate about their craft and eager to excel:

- **Industry Experience**:Minimum 3 years in a recruitment agency environment.
- **Proven Track Record**:You thrive on results and have a history of exceeding targets.
- **CEI Certified**: A must-have to excel in this role.
- **Education**:Diploma or Degree qualification.
- **Sales-Driven Personality**:You’re motivated by challenges and eager to secure big wins.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with **F&B,**Logistic**, **Insurance, Banking & Finance, and IT sectors**is a major advantage.
