- **Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and realistic estimate for jobs as required in tender bids
- Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work
- Prepare accurate an detailed invoicing to achieve fair and better contribution margins
- Liaise with Shiprepair Manager and Project Supervisor on all quoted and additional jobs
- Assist Commercial Manager or his designate in with respect to discussion of invoices for completed projects with attending Owner Representatives
- Assess subcontractors’ invoices, discuss with relevant parties and conclude bill settlement within target timeframe

**Requirements**:

- Minimium Diploma/Degree in Marine/Mechanical/Naval Architecture related studies
- Preferably 2 years working experience in Shipyard or Marine related industry, but not a must
- Possess understanding of Estimation and Costing for projects
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project if possible
- Knowledge in SAP, AutoCAD and Solidwork is advantageous

**Other Information**:

- Location: 55 Gul Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
