
HR Admin Executive

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Administer the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) structures, stakeholder management, and project operations.
- Prepare monthly new hires' report and liaise with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI on CCP eligibility assessment.
- Work with departments and CCP participants on registration and monitor progress.
- Track outcomes of placement programmes through reports and collection of success stories.
- Administer funding grants, including tracking and preparing necessary documentation for reimbursement claims.
- Maintain and update all CCP records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Administer Employee Benefits programmes, such as submission of insurance claims and work injury claims.
- Liaise with insurer and employees on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
- Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes, such as Singapore-Industry Scholarship and Work Study Diploma programmes.
- Assist and support collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including attending meetings with managers and organizing industry visits.
- Support organization development or change interventions to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Support talent development programme to aid company retention, growth, and succession planning.
- Participate in HR-related projects, company events, and development programmes.
**Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Min 2-3 years in experience in HR generalist, focusing on human capital development and operational support.
- Good knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with various government grants or funding for developing talents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and creating presentations preferred.
