Responsibilities:
- Point of contact regarding employee relations and HR issues
- Admin / document submission support
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, scheduling job interviews, conducting pre-screening interviews and reference checks
- Assist in new employee onboarding process including conducting induction programme
- Handle leave administration
- Register employees for food hygiene courses and any other training courses as required from time-to-time
- Manage off-boarding process for resignation and terminations including conducting the exit interview
- Assist in the full spectrum of the payroll process
- Record keeping for employee personal files and ensuring accurate information are updated
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a HR Generalist/ an Administrative role
- Proactive, independent, able to work cohesively as a team
- Able to multi-task well
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
