Business Strategy Formulation and Planning; Business Capabilities Assessment; Business Strategy Identification and Translation; Business Planning and Alignment; Business Architecture and Operating Model Design; Business Architecture Analysis and Development; Business Operating Model Revamp; Business Architecture Products Delivery; Technology Business Fit; Products Development Facilitation; Business Architecture Tools Utilization

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline.
Language: Proficiency in English;
Certification: Data Transformation tools Boomi/Sterling.
BizBok/TOGAF and SAFe Agile certification strongly preferred
Experience: 5 years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for strategy formulation and/or translation, as well as designing, developing, implementing and monitoring efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.

Define Value Stream Mapping for the Import clearance process.

Build capability Map that supports different steps in the value stream.

Perform gap analysis for capabilities to define current state (within existing Legacy system) vs target system (GEMINI).

Define Business Process Flow/Model for CORE and incorporate country specific deviations.

Create Functional Decomposition Diagrams.

Overall, produce the Business Architecture Phase artefacts recommended by Enterprise Architecture standards by reviewing the relevance and use in our own context.
