**What you will do**
- **Manage Relationships with Stakeholders**:Understand their needs and create tailored architectural solutions.
- **Develop and Execute Long-Term Projects**: Formulate project plans and oversee their execution.
- **Engage with Technical Stakeholders**: Collaborate with IT, Business Partners, InfoSec, Data Science, and Product management teams, handle feedback, and design appropriate architectural solutions.
- **Train and Mentor Junior Team Members**: Provide guidance on best practices, engineering principles, and design solutions, and train them on available tools.
- **Create and Maintain Technical Standards**:Establish and uphold standards of technical excellence within the organization.

**You will be a great fit if you**
- 2+ years in Optimization, Analytics, and Machine Learning
- Proficiency in Relational Databases, Object Storage, and Caching
- 2+ years developing with Python and SQL
- 2+ years with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong communication skills in English

**Desired Skills**:

- Fluent in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
- Experience with International Supply Chains
- Familiar with DevOps/MLOps
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems
- Experienced in Dashboard Development (PowerBI/Power Apps)
- Proficient in IAM and Permissions Management
