2. Development (Tech Solution - Hardware + Software & Services)
- Based on market and biker research insights, identify and evaluate key unmet needs that MotoWorld can prioritize invest and build solution to fulfil market needs.
- The prioritize project need to take into consideration the capability, risk, success probability and ROI assessment.
- Design and develop Tech Solution in alignment with key stakeholders towards Prototype or Proof of Concept (POC)
- Introduce a transparent and effective process for identifying, evaluating and selecting vendors in developing prioritized Tech Solutions
- Tech solutions refers to relevant hardware (eg, IOT), software (eg, AI, AR/VR) and platform (eg, App) technologies.
- The aim of these Tech Solution aims to improve Biker Experience, generate new revenue streams, Introduce new monetization model or address Company backend efficiency.
- He/She must be a proactive self-starter with ability to identify relevant stakeholders, sources of expertise and reach out to ask the right questions in forming an accurate picture of the challenges and opportunities.
- He/She must be able to independently conduct research online, through networking or direct outreach to generate valuable and verifiable insights on the market and consumers (bikers).
- He/She must have hands-on ability to clearly define the opportunity and architect out a solution and product roadmap for productive discussion and alignment.
- He/She must have the discipline to properly scope, launch and manage follow-through of product/solution development project till Go Live. Following that, he/she is to monitor adoption, traction and learning to improve the solution.

**Salary**: From $3,500.00 per month
