Job Summary:
To do production processes, blending and labelling of flour. To follow ISO requirements, properly operate and handle the production equipment. To produce products that meet the requirements in quantity, quality, schedule, and process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform daily operation in mixing, weighting, dispensing, sewing bag flour accordance to standard operation procedures.
- Ensure that products are produced according to GMP & HACCP standards.
- Liaise with Logistic and Factory Manager on any change or delay in production schedule.
- Liaise with R&D / QA on any quality issue regards to the raw material.
- Report any raw material abnormal characteristic to QA and Factory Manager. e.g. raw material - foreign particle, colour appearance, odour.
- Daily check the machinery and if found out of order, to inform Management.
- Labelling, packing and palletizing.
- Work and coordinate together with other team member.
- Clean and maintain machine in good condition and good housekeeping
- Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum ITE in Food Science / Production.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience prefer, but fresh graduate are welcome.
- Team player, detail oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic hygiene & safety knowledge.
- Preferably with forklift driving license.

**Physical Working Environment**:

- Indoor manual job with uniform provided. Requires the use of physical strength and work in food environment.
