Our organization is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a specific focus on vertical access solutions.
As a BDM, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new business opportunities within the region across our range of vertical access solutions, which include gondolas, mastclimbers, monorail systems, transport platforms, and wire rope hoists.
- Assessing market trends and competition, providing strategic input to the senior management.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders in the APAC region.
- Implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proven BDM experience, preferably in the construction, engineering or related industries.
- Established relationships within these industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of APAC business culture and practice.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the APAC region, as required.

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the vertical access solutions, construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and established relationships within the industry.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in other Asian languages would be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the APAC region.
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new market opportunities.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
