Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute M&A or Business alliance
- Plan and execute reorganization among the group companies by share purchasing, business transfer etc.
- Plan and execute new establishment of the company or branch
- Research FDI regulation and business conditions in each country across the region
- Research new technologies and devices and plan to install them into our current operations
- Other administrative tasks (Preparing meeting materials, MOM etc.)
**[Minimum requirements]**
- Ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders from the target market
- PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in execution of M&A or Corporate restructuring and/or in planning and launch of new business
**[Preferred requirements]**
- Working experience in a bank, securities company, and/or consulting company
