Job Title: Business Development Manager (Ultra High Net Worth Clients)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize personally built existing relationships and onboard Ultra High Networth clients onto our company.
- Identify and prospect potential ultra-high net worth clients, including family offices, private banks, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's business with these clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment and client services, to provide customized solutions to meet the clients' needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development in the industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing ultra-high net worth clients.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English language is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
