As they continue on their journey to become the leading men’s grooming company in Southeast Asia, they are looking to add to our devoted team of over 40 employees and counting.
- The overall task is to manage overall operations for our brand's outlets and manage ad-hoc events
- Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, safety, and inventory as established and set by the management
- Enhance the operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting
- Looks for opportunities to streamline and centralize operational processes with a view to increasing efficiency across the company
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company strategy and directions
- Familiarize and improve on existing practices and procedures
- Ensure all outlets are regularly stocked with equipment, inventory, and tools of the trade
- Daily sales reporting across all outlets
- Event management oversight and execution
- Able to execute and set up new outlets
- Maintain and build relationships with key company contractors
- Collate, verify and tabulate monthly staff claims and OT claims to be approved by Director and upload information for the Group Accounts Manager to reimburse respective staff
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business
- Minimum 1-year experience
- Industry experience is preferred, applicants with a salon background are welcome.
