Executive, Group Operations

**Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing sites, including but not limited to:
- Analyse monthly factory operating performance of all production plants.
- Analyse all factories main cost drivers and create awareness to keep it under control.
- Organize, coordinate, and work on multiple projects and tasks to enhance HQ controlling functions.
Coordinate between factory and traders in relation to:
- All production-related and/or operation-related jobs functions e.g., plant shut down plan, interruption to production schedule.
- Implementation of multiple projects and programs across group factories i.e. safety improvement program, project management, maintenance quality enhancement, QA management, store management.
Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
Lead the data analysis, review and produce sustainability progress summary report of all manufacturing sites on monthly basis and group statistic on biannual basis.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Science / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in palm industry / commodity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Logic thinking, systemic solution finding and sounds execution to make things happen.
- Passion for sustainability; strong work ethic, good discipline and positive team attitude.
