Senior Executive, Group Operations Support The Lo

The role for Senior Executive, Group Operations Support reports into the Assistant Director, Group Operations Support and supports the various operational venues under The Lo & Behold Group portfolio.

**Point of Sale system**
- Responsible for all POS back-end support for all venues in the group.
- Create and edit food and beverage items on Micros and Revel POS system console.
- Work with operation teams to engineer recipe costing and yield testing of food and
- beverage.
- Assist the Manager in the production of periodic and ad-hoc control and variance analysis
- reports and cost of sales reports.
- Update menu pricing and newly required food and beverage menu items in the POS system periodically.
- Perform housekeeping duties on POS systems and maintain the accuracy of system data.
- Audit and maintain the accuracy of POS system data and investigate any discrepancies.
- Audit and ensure consistency and adherence to group standards.
- Update menu item recipe on POS when required.
- Continuously study weaknesses in controls implemented and suggest to the Manager for
- improvements.
- Assist with all POS programming request promptly and accurately.

**Procurement and Inventory Management**
- Assist the Manager in the audit of periodic inventory counts (month-end and year-end) and
- reconciliation, and produce relevant control reports.
- Create, maintain and update accurate record of all inventory transactions in the
- inventory management system.
- Record all transfers and cost of sales adjustments.
- Create and edit articles in procurement system, and ensure that prices are up-to-date.
- Adding of articles to assortment and creation of new units or suppliers.
- Ensure that market list items and pricing are updated promptly.

**Administration**
- Attend and contribute to all required meetings and project teams.
- Assist the Manager to implement and revise Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines
- in relation to POS, procurement and inventory management.
- Act as an additional resource to other internal projects, as required.
- Any ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.

**Office Management**
- Assist in the management and upkeep of office equipment and systems.
- Procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the procurement and stocking of pantry items.
- Reporting of maintenance requirements.

**Skills & Work Experience**
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience in F&B operations from within a similar establishment is preferred.
- Experience in both international hotels and independent operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience with purchasing software (preferably Micros-Fidelio
- Materials Control and Revel POS) is an advantage**.**
