Security Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement security architecture, controls, and policies across data and analytics systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and guide mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to embed security-by-design in all system implementations.
- Oversee security aspects of platform configuration and deployment, including Denodo, Dataiku, and FFmpeg where used.
- Establish and monitor procedures for data security, access control, encryption, and secure integration.
- Support the setup of incident response processes and periodic security testing (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability scans).
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on security best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect capacity.
- Proven experience in securing data platforms, integration layers, and analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with:

- Denodo - data access control and security configuration
- Dataiku - secure management of data workflows and user roles
- FFmpeg - secure handling and processing of media files
- Strong understanding of IAM, network security, encryption, endpoint security, and secure DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, IM8, PDPA).
- Experience working with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
