
Desktop Team Lead

Requirement to support:
- Desktops and laptops including monitors, keyboards, mouse, webcams etc.
- Desktop operating systems
- Printers and multi-functional copiers
- Cybersecurity related software (level 1)
- Meeting Room equipment for Teams/Zoom meetings
- Mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- IP phones
- VPN client for remote access
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) (Level 1)
**Responsibility**
- On-site service counter
- Desk side support
- Premium service support for VIPs
- Software distribution services e.g. Software catalogue services/software distribution with Authorised software management workflow
- Patch management services e.g. Patch and firmware upgrade including BIOS for endpoint devices
- Endpoint security protection services
- Network access control support services
- Multi-factor authentication management services including MS Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) management
- Mobile device management (MDM) services
- Microsoft Teams with VOIP support for softphone & handphone
- Desktop Imaging
- Travel to other site within Singapore
- Routine standby duty
**Requirement for Team leads**
- Good Technical knowledge
- Assist team member and responsible to leads the onsite team
- Min 3 years experiences in team leader roles
- Good communication and written skills
- Travel to other site when needed
- Attend customer meeting
- Presentation skills
- Microsoft certification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
