We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative, coordination and support to the Regional Business Head and Functional Leadership Team. This role will also serve as the main point of contact for all ad-hoc queries and assistance.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Main point of contact for ad-hoc queries and assistance
- Effective end-to-end management of calendars including creation, rescheduling & cancellation of appointments/meetings for Mancom and FLT
- Effective communication with markets
- Timely expense management
- Organisation of executive business travel, including flights, accommodation, hire cars, creation of itineraries & agendas, credit management;
- International travel and itinerary arrangements Market Visits
- Prepare for Weekly and Monthly Leadership & Regional meetings: Creation of agendas; Minute-taking, distribution & follow-up; arranging of meeting room or offsite venue hire, catering arrangements, IT support - manage overall process
- Prepare for and facilitate onboarding of new team members -Induction process, including creating and distribution of agendas; liasing with presenters; managing attendee tracker
- Assistance with reward & recognition initiatives
- PO Management: responsible for creation and ownership of Purchase Orders under General Management Cost Centre, including vendor setup and maintenance.
- Owner and ongoing management of shared team folders and access

**What will make you successful**:

- 1+ years experience in FMCG (blue chip) organisation preferred
- 5 years EA/secretarial experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound time management, organisational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated ability to proof read and edit documents effectively.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, the ability to work automously and with flexibility.
- Experience using MS Teams, SAP & Concur preferred
