**Roles & Responsibilities**
Lead APAC in Data Center media management process harmonization:
- Consolidation & reporting of weekly Data Center achievements
- Consolidation & reporting of Monthly HPE Dashboard for APAC
- SharePoint configurations and administration
- MS Excel Ad-hoc reporting
- Server IT Procurement Management and Vendor Logistics
- Vendor on-boarding
- Reviews hardware requests for server & components as well as stock availability
- Procurement request with internal order tool (e.g. S2O, etc.)
- To join data center planning meeting for allocation & prioritization of hardware delivery
- Manage all hardware supply chain
- and delivery order management with vendor/supplier
- Hardware order tracking and delivery times with vendor/supplier
- Register receipt of server & options in stock management
- Issue receipt in MyShop for electronic allocation of invoice
- Join and prepare data for quarterly global server inventory meeting
- Manage hardware deliveries, shipment of IT equipment and associated receiving / reports
- Lead audits and reconciliation of DC server assets as requested, against other inventory management systems
- Receive, validate, and reconcile all IT related purchase orders and verify contents for invoice payment.
- Administration and management of Procurement requests against approved requests
- Material orders for consumables, Raise Procurement requests for Data Center components
- Order and manage office supplies in DC offices
- OpEx Purchasing with Procurement of server components
Contract: 12 months (renewable) with good benefits
