**The Job**:

- Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model passenger vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles
- Source for new customers, service and manage existing assigned customers to achieve/exceed sales targets and objectives
- Purchase all types of pre-owned passenger vehicles for inventory replenishment
- Manage the selling process, including customer servicing, follow-ups, and attending to sales queries, including walk-in customers
- Manage customer accounts, including required documentation, vehicle-related issues, outstanding payments, and other matters
- Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover
- Provide comprehensive information about pricing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
- Develop professional knowledge in automotive sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
- Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Prior experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
- A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
- Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
- Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
- Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
- **Good Spoken English, able to converse in Mandarin (mandatory)**:

- **Valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory)**
