**About Us**

We are a UK-based buyer’s agency helping overseas investors purchase new-build apartments in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds without the need to visit the UK. We work primarily with clients from Singapore and Hong Kong looking for hands-off, high-yield investments starting from £250,000.

**The Role**

We are seeking **motivated freelance agents** in Singapore or Hong Kong to refer potential property investors to our agency. You’ll introduce qualified leads to us, and we’ll take care of everything else—from property sourcing to closing.

**What You’ll Do**
- Refer clients interested in investing in UK property (we handle sales and support)
- Use your personal or professional network to identify potential investors
- Build trust and rapport as the local first point of contact
- Optionally assist with events, webinars, or local marketing initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in **Singapore or Hong Kong**:

- Strong local network (e.g. HNWIs, real estate clients, finance professionals)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Prior experience in real estate, wealth management, or similar fields is a plus—but not essential
