
Property Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient facilities operations of the properties under your management
- Responsible for annual budget preparation, planning and controlling of operating expenses and improvement/maintenance works
- Oversee the managing agent and property executives to ensure all customers’ requirements are met and facilities operations are carried out in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
- Coordinating with managing agent on regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition
- Manage all insurance claims relating to property damages
- Ensuring managing agent carry out its role and responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements
- Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all landlords, tenants, vendors and contractors.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Facilities and Operations Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in property maintenance and facilities operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills, structured with strong work ethics.
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
- Result driven and able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
