About the Job:
The E-Commerce Growth Manger will be the driver of business growth across all the D2C digital channel in APAC. You will work alongside local Business Development Manager and E-Commerce Manager to develop growth strategies, conduct continual evaluation of business performance and rally supports from country product and marketing team to support growth. You will be the domain expert in e-commerce growth, system development and automation, designing sound digital marketing plan and marketing technologies implementation - sharing and lead country e-commerce teams with best practices and know-how. You will also have proven track record of implementing and growing digital businesses.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Align global and territory strategies and business goals to develop e-commerce growth strategies with countries
- Evaluate local business performance continuously to provide recommendations, solutions and action plan to achieve growth
- Obtain support from local product and marketing team to support growth
- Collate and bridge resources from global and territory teams to streamline efficiency and achieve business requirements
- Lead country e-commerce teams by best practices and know-hows
- Support digital marketing planning and optimisation, operation enhancement and data analysis
- Advise and bridge technical solutions to business requirements

**Skills & competencies**
- 3+ year experience with proven tracking record in growing revenue and transactions in e-commerce
- Deep knowledge in e-commerce growth, system development and performance marketing
- Possess good business acumen
- Attention to results, excellent analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
- Deep passion for e-commerce and up to date on latest digital marketing innovations and trend
- Degree in business, marketing, or relevant faculties
- Strong passion and knowledge in tech are a plus
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, collaboration, project management and team management
- Self-driven, passionate about impacting business with data
