**Job Title: Accountant (Fixed term contract, 6 months)**

**Location**:Singapore
**Department**:Finance
**Reports to**:Finance Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Preparation**:Prepare payment requests for approval, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Project Costing**:Maintain, track and analyze project costs against approved budget, ensuring all expenditures are accurately recorded.
- **Management Accounts**:Prepare management accounts, including maintaining monthly reconciliations, ledgers and supporting worksheets.
- **Consolidation**:Support the preparation of the consolidated accounts on a eriodic basis.
- **Audit Support**:Assist in the audit process by gathering and preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with auditors, and responding to inquiries to ensure smooth audit process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
