Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing statutory documents with ACRA (e.g., incorporation, annual returns, changes in officers, shareholders, share capital, registered office address, etc.)
- Maintain and update statutory registers and minute books
- Draft standard resolutions, meeting minutes, and other secretarial documents
- Assist in the preparation of AGM documents and annual return filings
- Monitor and track regulatory filing deadlines to ensure timely compliance
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities on routine secretarial matters
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of corporate documents
- Support the team in other administrative and secretarial duties as required
**Requirements**:
- At least 6 years of relevant working experience, particularly in ACRA filings
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Law, Corporate Governance, or a related field
- Familiarity with the Companies Act and ACRA compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
