DESIGNATION : Manager, Career Coaching and Placement (3-year contract), SMU Academy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Pillar Heads to identify and assess the suitability and the needs of the career services programme for Skillsfuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) course participants
- Review proposal on the career services programme and suggest improvements
- Plan, lead, execute and support the Academy’s career services activities for SSG’s SCTP course participants
- Design and create content and material related to career development and job-searching
- Facilitate career transitioning activities and programmes for programme participants, which include running virtual webinar-style workshops
- Plan, lead and organise networking events with partnering companies
- Provide 1:1 coaching session; career-mapping, career counselling and coaching
- Manage and track participation for SSG’s reporting
- Responsible for maintaining the Academy’s LMS; content creation, enrolment of programme participants, reports analysis etc
- Any other roles and functions as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the Area of HR
- Familiar in the HR recruitment function
- Self-driven, meticulous, resourceful and adapt to changes well.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Possess good level of written and communication skills.
- Meticulous and data driven
